Today 22nd November, 2018 I met Dr UPUL RANJAN WIJEWARDHANA who lives in England ,after a considerable lapse of time, he visited to Sri Lanka for only two weeks.He is renowned Doctor not only Sri Lanka but also in England, who has specialized himself in cardiology.

I met him at his residence in Colombo and I wanted to get valuable informations from him for my latest literary pursuit.

He was a member of SLBC "lama pitiya"which was conducted by Mr Karunarathna Abeysekara in mid 50s with contemporary celebrities such as Indrani Wijayabandara, Nanda Malini, Dr Budhdhadasa Bodhinayake, Daya Abeysekara and Chandrani Gunawardhana. So he hails from the Golden era of Sri lanka broadcasting corporation.

He is one of well known old Anandians.

So I was able to spend a memorable time with him and he enlightened me on various aspects of the relevant subject.
